This course consists of five parts, covering areas regarding international construction:
1)Global Construction Market and Benchmarking,
2)Risk Management, Safety Management and Occupational Health,
3)Contract Management and Bidding,
4)Information Technologies in Construction Projects,
5)Ethics and Leadership. Every topic will be covered by one or two academic professor(s) / industrial practitioner(s).

1)Students are familiar with Chinese construction industry / market, learning the fundamental / advanced knowledge and management techniques regarding international construction.
2)Students understand the latest research achievement and future development tendency of risk management, construction safety and health, contract management and information technology, etc.
3)Students are familiar with different research areas in international construction as a foundation to choose his (her) research area for the master’s thesis.
